Immersive walk-through Virtual reality for chemical process plant -A new facility development in Chemical Process
SES Digital delivered a complete walk-through for a Greenfield project of a chemical plant layout. The immersive walk-through was provided to the plant operator by using advanced technology services based on Virtual Reality. After a calculated survey of the Greenfield land, we integrated the 3D CAD models and BIM models to produce a 3D model of the to-be-constructed virtual reality for chemical process plant.
Our 3D developing services, coupled with suitable hardware and software, enabled the plant operator to experience the chemical plant in an immersive environment. This full-scale 360-degree perspective allowed the operator to review the positions of pumps, pipe racks, and other machinery.
We also provided a virtual reality for chemical process plant based on workflow simulation wherein the client could see various on-site operations. As a result, the client could fix the errors and suggest modifications on the planning stage itself.
