Job Description

You would be responsible for generating leads, IB & OB Lead Generation and closures based on the application of proper business development techniques and communicating service portfolio and capabilities to the various prospects and clients.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation – Generate Sales leads by cold calls, email flyers, personal meetings, and other means.
• Closures – Tracking of Sales lead, Targets and Periodic follow-ups
• Pipeline creation – Mapping client information
• Prepare winning proposals, negotiations and ensure order closures.
• Directly work with Management and Head to understand key marketing strategies.
• Mapping and planning of upcoming workshops, trade shows, seminars- for participation, attending/visiting.
• Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up to date on changes in the industry.
• Conduct campaign and events for the promotion of engineering services and brand building by road shows, printed media, social media, and advertising by increasing inbounds.

Expected Current Work profile & Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience
• Experienced with Engineering Services preferred
• Familiarity with Outsourcing/Offshoring industry would be preferred.
• Exposure to Process industries like Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, FMCG, Agrochemical, Petrochemical and pharma domains would be an advantage.

Skill sets Requisites:

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Should be able to effectively communicate and discuss with clients at all levels in person or by email.
• Proficient and hands on with MS Power point and MS Office with the ability to articulate different processes and sales models in creative manner.
• Should be able to liaison and communicate with International clients in US & Europe. Ready to participate meetings occasionally as per US or EU timings

Qualification:

• Preferably Engineering Graduate
• MBA or Management certificate holders or having attended Training on Sales & Marketing will have a preference.

• Carries a professional attire, well dressed, and groomed at office.
